Although I have listened to Joni Mitchell since I was 13 and I am 60 now, I only found out this morning, watching an interview on You Tube, that she gave her daughter the ultimate gift, a happy family life with adoptive parents. I have always loved this song, but today, it makes so much sense. What a beautiful gift this song is to her daughter.
