Neal Hefti has to be one of the most under-rated composers for film ever! His scores are so touching and memorable. One of my favorite sountracks is the one from How To Murder Your Wife. But I love all of his compositions! Thank you for sharing.

I was 17 when this movie was made. Neal Hefti has great scores, the music for the movies such as this and The Odd Couple are priceless. It is like listening to Nelson Riddle, who I used to share an office with in 1978 in Hollywood. I got to meet Gloria Loring because she was going to talk with Nelson one evening and she sat in my office while waiting to work with Nelson Riddle. That was really special.

Just saw this movie. A great comedy about newlyweds in NYC in the 1960s. Great score too.

Just ended watching this great movie, and desired to listen again this theme. Comedies written by Neil Simon are always damn funny and smart!

One of my favorite movies of all time!!!! Had no idea it was him or that there was an LP ever made!!

So beautiful. It makes me well up every time I hear it. Have watched it so many times. Cant find it anywhere on iTunes though.

Thank you for uploading this.  Just re-watched (for the 10th time, at least) this beautiful movie, with my lovely wife at my side.  Cannot get the theme song out of my mind whenever I revisit this film.  Appreciate hearing the "musical" version here.

I saw this movie at Radio City Music Hall in NYC July of 1967 when I was 12 and fell in love with the soundtrack. My Mom gave me the album for Christmas that year. But unfortunately, it met a rather unfortunate accident with a hot radiator in 1987. Please, upload more. Especially the beginning.. Thanks for bringing back wonderful memories from my childhood.
