I fit nicely in the corner in a box that we prepared
Safely packaged in the dilldrum and barely come in up for yer
I used to have more faith enough but it all ran out somehow
And now. i hardly dream it out
I bring’in up in conversation with the folks that come our way
And we talk about the box we only hope to live someday
Never really stepping out
But man its fun to talk about the chances we’ve been to afraid to take
Now don’t you think it’s strange
How we dream of things but never really change
So i thought that i could wander on the cost for bluer skies
And its too hard not to worry but i could see in their eyes
People only made believe you cant afford to chase a dream
That make you that you should never try
Now don’t you think it’s strange
How we dream of things but never really change
And we never question why, we settle for our lives.
