From the age of 23 to present day, this song has meant so much to me. I remember going from a person who had no sense of actual self, had denied who I knew i was supposed to be and my own wishes, had no direction in life, was constantly angry at others, Became severely depressed after a lose of my best friend and struggling to figure out the person I was meant to have been the entire time to a happy satisfied individual. Thankfully I realized who I wanted to be the whole time but sadly never allowed teenage me to experience. This song just makes me feel like I came home in a sense after being willfully lost for so long.
