According to Simon Posford, this album actually has 8 songs divided into 20 tracks. Each part symbolizes a phase in the dream sequence. Before the album was mastered, a track listing was released which included 8 tracks.

yeah huh. The voice is from the opening of a documentary/short film called Waking Life. It took me a while to figured that out because Posford so artfully transformed
