Came out right before I went to college in 2001. I bought it a few days before I left for school. Always will remind me of that time in my life.

I once thought that Billy Duffy could have been better served by something other than The Cult. Now I more deeply realize how much Ian Astbury contributed to sonic realizations in collaboration. Billy and Ian have an alchemical genious that is underrated to say the least. I love reductionist rock and these two have been nailing it for a long time. BGAE was not immediately available in the US. I am thankful for thier perseverence! The Cult is honest to goodness great fucking rock. Thanks!
