I had this album on 8 track and played it constantly. Great memories of a great album! Sounds so good to hear again! I still have the album too!

Despite the fact Graham Nash left years before and Allan Clarke attempted a solo career, they brought in a little knnown Swedish singer named Michael Rikfors to sing lead...and fills the spot admireably. Very solid album from start to finish. I think Terry Sylvester handles the remaining lead vocals along with Tony Hicks,another I think severely undeerrated guitarist. Almost get the impression they were somehow trying to send a message to Nash, as some of these songs sometimes have a very CS&N feel to them. I discovered this record in 1992 and was very impressed. Very underrated band in general,but I think they were mired in the "Purveyors of Pop Fluff" category.

My mother and father took me to see the Hollies in Bristol UK when I was 12 years old. Job was as good as done from that moment.
