The unusual thing about this song is that it seems to be all in one verse. Probably not the only one, but notable for that.

This song takes me back to 5th Grade..

Probably their best...hard to say, really.

It’s unfortunate you’ll never hear this group’s songs on Satellite Radio. Specifically on the Sixties Channel. Their music was so much apart of the 60’s thar it sucks that they will forever be left out of the equation on XM radio. But that doesn’t detract from how killer of a band they were! I mean just the fact by itself that they were able to cram so much into this track and it clocks in at 2 minutes and 4 seconds is just amazing! And also, for those of you out there who think this was one of those bands that never played on their own records and had session guys in place for the band members, you thought wrong! This band since album one has provided the instrumentation for all of their hits. The only pretty much used the Wrecking crew to add on to their sound as a band like on this record they used the Wrecking Crew for strings and horns but the core rhythm section on this and all of their other hits were in fact members of the Turtles and not and I repeat NOT the Wrecking Crew.

Great song. Incredible vocal. One of my favorite bands of the 60s.

We need to hear this song more than we do
