What an English Voice!Never has there been another.Tom Jones gave us something between the classics and modern.He style bridges both these worlds.Then we had Witney Hudson.It is never easy to accomplish their feat.If I am not mistaken Andre Buchalli tries to mellow down the strict regimental style of opera singing calling it " Bella Canto", or something like that.We must understand that opera was a creation of the civilised world without Today s technology where the fundamental rule of singing is LOUDNESS!To achieve Loudness:- one has to compromise melody, clear dictum (pronounciation) & some choreography. Today Loudness is not an issue with microphones & equaliser etc.Opera singers can achieve the style of Witney & Tom Jones if they are only open minded. There are a plethora of songs out there waiting for someone to do justice in the style enunciated by Andre B.
