Anyone prefer Drum Therapy over Blue Book? The tracks on Blue Book like this one have a sort of emptiness and hollowness to me. I feel that his first album, which took much longer to produce and which was the embodiment of all of his creative ideas and captured sounds, was overall the superior album for me. One could never get bored listening to it. But songs like Vaults and others on Blue Book are unfortunately stale, insipid, cold, and boring in comparison to his earlier work to my ears. I may be in the minority, but I greatly appreciate the other album while I hardly enjoy this one at all.
