I discover the wheel and watch the buildings go by
You talk a little soft, turn off the radio
I just want to hear all the past times
The rushed hours, the endless lives
Don’t become a burden
Say the word and be free
You will find a great weight lifting
Easing your mind, a great weight lifting
Just leave it behind, a great weight lifting
And you will find a great weight lifting
It’s been a lonely winter hibernating away
You need a little sunlight on that face
How long can you stay in the darkness?
Dust round the empty nest?
You could make you way out
If you lay down the load
You will find a great weight lifting
Easing your mind, a great weight lifting
Leave it behind, a great weight lifting
You will find a great weight lifting
Just leave it behind, a great weight lifting
And you will find a great weight lifting
Joe-You had done so much to promote, support, and immortalise this amazing band. Your efforts are just off the chain, and are completely appreciated!!! Hats off, brother :)
I like the trashcan But I think they need a new mixing engineer that understands the need for the vocals to cut thorough when the mix gets more instrumental Frank to my mind has a special voice but it so often gets obscured by the mix in song after song in album after album What is going on? I don’t think it’s just me Basically no other high level band produces albums with this screeching guitar etc mix which I find so annoying and such a waste of talent
Was this used in a well known Film or TV show, does anyone know? trying to remember how I discovered it...lovely song, so beautiful, so sad, so melodic, just amazing.
