I was a big Mott the Hoople fan. Picked this album up when Ariel Bender started this band.

Just incredible lyrics.  I have the vinyl but no player so was great to hear again.

saw widowmaker live as the support to nazareth in the edinburgh odeon,they were excellent i bought the lp after the gig,this track and pin a rose on me were my favs,someone please upload pin a rose not many support acts can do a good spot but they did thanks lads

I think this song is about innocence of being a kid. Then before you know it you get older and the innocence is gone.
