IF YOU READ MANY OF THE COMMENTS, OTHER THAN PRAISE FOR DEL MONACO, ARE THE USUAL TENOR COMPARISONS. DIFFERENCE IN VOCAL APPARATUS ASIDE THE TECHNIQUE APPLIED BY ALL TENORS MENTIONED ARE ALMOST IDENTICAL EXCEPT FOR SINGERS PREFERENCE . MDM SANG THIS ANCHORING HIS CHEST RESONANCE THROUGHOUT, WITH A FIXED LOW LARYNX EXCEPT THE FINAL NOTES. WHERE HE ALLOWED THE LARYNX TO RISE SLIGHTLY TO LIGHTEN THE TONE COLOR. MORE LYRICAL VOICES, LANZA, L.PAV , JB. P. DAM. ETC. GAVE A BIT MORE EMPHASIS TO HEAD VOICE RESONANCE AND SLIGHTLY HIGHER FLOATING LARYNX. THEY WERE ALL MAGNIFICENT.
